Junior 4 have been working on designing and constructing a number of different
models of various buildings and structures. Among these have been Fantasy
Castles, The Eifel Tower, A beach hut, an Airport, a Hotel, a Football Stadium,
and several houses.
We used a variety of recycled and original materials ... the Eifel Tower
being constructed from metal spokes and wire attached to a wooden base, and
the Fantasy Castle coming with it's own rabbits ! The Hotel has a taxi pulling
up, and the Airport has a plane taking off.

 
 

 

We also did some work on electric circuits, with groups of children using identical sets of material, and racing to see who could make all the lights and buzzers in their circuit work first.

 

We are moving on from this to constructing 3D planets for our school production.
