The school were invited to take part in this years Boscombe in Bloom competition. On a sunny afternoon in April, Junior 1 set out for Kings Park Nursery, where they planted out flower pedestals for Boscombe Precinct.
Wednesday, May 25th, saw Junior 1 in Boscombe Precinct for the unveiling of the first container. A stile walker, two elves and 100 children watched the Mayor reveal the first planter, together with the commemorative plaque. This can be seen outside the Post Office.
